By creating an account or using ServCall AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ServCall provides an AI-powered phone receptionist for service businesses. The Service answers incoming calls, responds to customer inquiries using your knowledge base, schedules appointments, and provides call transcripts and analytics.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information for your AI receptionist to function correctly. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard > Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The AI receptionist may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or third-party outages. We are not liable for missed calls during downtime.
ServCall AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including lost business, missed calls, or inaccurate AI responses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
