When you create a ServCall workspace from the iOS app, we collect your name, email address, business name, and trade (HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical). When your AI agent handles inbound calls, we process call audio in real time to generate transcripts, classify urgency, and extract structured caller details (name, callback number, service address, issue summary).
Call audio is processed in real time. Transcripts are stored to power your in-app call history and lead view. Recordings are retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted; transcripts are retained as long as your workspace is active or until you delete your account. Caller phone numbers and addresses are captured to enable callback and routing — we do not sell or share caller data with third parties for marketing.
All data is transmitted over TLS. Call recordings and transcripts are encrypted at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel via single sign-on with hardware MFA.
ServCall relies on Twilio for telephony (the phone number that receives calls), Google Gemini for live speech understanding, and Apple In-App Purchase for subscription billing. Each processes data per their own privacy terms and our data processing agreements.
You may access, update, or delete your workspace data at any time from within the iOS app: Settings → Delete Account fully removes your workspace, leads, calls, transcripts, and bookings within seven days. For data export, email support@servcall.ai.
