When you create a ServCall account, we collect your name, email address, business name, and phone number. When your AI receptionist handles calls, we process call audio in real-time to generate transcripts and extract caller intent. Call recordings and transcripts are stored to provide you with call history and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate your AI receptionist and handle incoming calls
  • To generate call transcripts and analytics in your dashboard
  • To manage appointments and service requests on your behalf
  • To improve our AI models and service quality
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, billing)

3. Call Data

Call recordings are stored securely and retained for 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Transcripts are retained as long as your account is active. Caller phone numbers are collected for callback and analytics purposes. We do not sell call data to third parties.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted over TLS. Call recordings and transcripts are encrypted at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Twilio for telephony, Stripe for payment processing, and cloud AI providers for speech-to-text and language understanding. Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements.

6. Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your data through your dashboard settings. For data export or deletion requests, contact us at support@servcall.ai.
