ServCall assigns your business a dedicated phone number. When customers call, our AI answers in your business's voice, handles scheduling, answers common questions from your knowledge base, and routes urgent calls to you.

Can I customize what the AI says?

Yes. During onboarding you provide your business details, services, hours, and FAQs. The AI uses this knowledge base to answer calls naturally. You can update it anytime from the dashboard.

What happens if a caller needs a real person?

The AI detects when a caller requests a human or has an issue outside its knowledge base. It takes a message with the caller's details and notifies you immediately via the dashboard and optional SMS/email alerts.

How do I view my call history?

Log in to your dashboard and go to the Calls page. You'll see every call with a transcript, duration, caller info, and whether a booking was made.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Dashboard > Settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial?
